The barista knew my usual order's proper size and immediately suggested it. That alone qualifies this place but add to that the coffee was well made and it's got reasonable seating area. That alone makes a huge difference for me. It's also next to fuzzy buddy's which is where I dump my dogs when I have to work.

I have enjoyed Pilgrim Coffeehouse over in North Seattle/OakTree for awhile. I was very happy to learn via IG that they are opening a second site in Shoreline! Counting indie cafes on only one hand, it's terrific to have another new business in Shoreline. I decided to check it out during soft opening mode Monday afternoon (1/27/25). They are located near 180th & Midvale Ave N, just north of Shoreline City Hall, and at the street level of the Geo apartments. The Metro Rapid Ride E also has nearby stops along Aurora. The interior has abundant natural light, much more vast than their Seattle site. Pleasant overhead music. Smattering of faux foliage. Various seating configurations: counter, two & four tops, seating in a corner nook, additional couches by an inset fireplace, and shared space with Geo Apts. Nice combo of folks having convos, as well as the laptop crowd, observed during the soft opening. Barista was very welcoming and crafted a well made 16oz mocha ($7). Grand Opening festivities will be held this coming Saturday 2/1/25 at 8am. Business hours will be Mon-Sat 7am to 3pm. Street parking or park and walk from Gateway Plaza. Love this place! A great cafe to work in, and the oat milk matcha latte and gingerdoodle are amazing.

I didn't know this coffee shop was here until recently! I used to live in the neighborhood, but apparently it's been a while since I've checked out the Oak Tree mall. Anyway, I loved the modern clean vibe of the store and the staff was super friendly! While I was sitting there, I heard this clicking noise and I looked up over the coffee bar and saw the old style reader board! I haven't seen one like that in a long time. Cool messages and very analog letters clicking their way to fun messages! Anyway, I tried the apple turnover and I liked it a lot! Typically they can be very greasy and this was not, it was perfect! The coffee was strong and tasty and they put it in a cool glass mug. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely come back. Love little cool places like this!

I live in Licton Springs, and this is definitely one of the nicer coffee spots in the area. The interior is cute, trendy, and very clean, with plenty of seating. The pastries are consistently tasty. I always get a plain latte, and sadly, they're inconsistent. Sometimes great, strong, with good milk texture. Others are a bit weak and scalded. The service is friendly, but the folks working there are overwhelmed. There's always a substantial wait for drinks. Only two espresso stations for a spot with this much traffic doesn't make much sense. Maybe it's a staffing issue.

First time here for a coffee stop before our road trip to Canada. A nice and quiet ambiance which is great for studying or reading. The service is great, friendly barista who greets you; almost thought I was in the south for a second cause friendly service. Drinks: Honey Lavendar Latte with Almond milk...delicious! Price: Higher priced at $6.75 for a 16 oz? They did charge $0.75 for adding almond milk. Overall, decent coffee spot for its service, ambiance, and good quality drinks

Walked over here from the hotel bc their coffee was garbage. The Pilgrim cup is totally dialed. Love it. I'll be shopping the beans and a cup for the road before I head back. And the breakfast sandwich was lovely, too! Thanks, Pilgrim.

I had the smoothest coffee of my life coming here! It wasn't the best coffee in the world by any means, but it was good. I could tell the person who made my drink was new and learning. They did a great job for someone who was new. There was a bit of a wait for order and getting my coffee, but I think the time I came at was when some of the staff was on a lunch break. The inside was very modern and comfortable and all of the staff were really kind. This is somewhere I'd want to come back if I wanted to get some work done, especially during the summer!
